Amenorrhea and acne in the adolescent girl: Is it polycystic ovary syndrome?
Hyperandrogenism, most notably polycystic ovary syndrome, is a common cause of acne and menstrual difficulties in teenage girls, yet many pediatricians fail to recognize the condition.
