Clinical Tip: To relieve paraphimosis, try traction

1. Wrap a 2 x 2 gauze pad around the edematous foreskin.
2. Apply firm constant pressure to the foreskin perpendicular to the penis. The pressure should decrease the edema. You may feel a crepitus-like sensation.
