Refreshed and relaxed after a two-week spring break, members of Congress returned to the Capitol at the beginning of May, revved up for a productive legislative session. High on the agenda is passage of a 2007 budget resolution, something they weren't able to manage before leaving town in April. Friends of children will be scrutinizing the resolution, hoping that the needs of the young and families will not be overlooked.
