VEC updates “Vaccines and Your Baby” booklet

The VEC recently published an updated version of their popular resource, Vaccines and Your Baby, a 44-page booklet designed to introduce parents to the routinely recommended vaccines and the diseases they prevent.

Check out the updated booklet in English or Spanish, and find out more about how you can access and use this resource in practice.

The updated resource was announced in the April 2023 Vaccine Update, the VEC’s newsletter for healthcare providers. The issue also contained details about 5 resources for ensuring correct vaccine administration in the “Technically Speaking” column, contributed by Dr. Sharon Humiston from Children’s Mercy and University of Missouri-Kansas City.
